One of the latest Riot entries may suggest which champion will get the VFX update next.
Updating the VFX, although it takes less time and effort than a full hero rework, is also not an easy process. It requires the involvement of a team that deals with adapting graphics to current standards, but also researching many opinions from the community.
What many players are unaware of is that the process of refreshing champion skills involves a few larger steps, each of which requires ingenuity, focus, and passion from Rioters. Future VFX updates
First, it is worth noting that the developers did not say directly who will get the next update of the effects. This does not mean, however, that there was no certain clue in the official statement of Riot Sirhaiana.

The Amazing Twisted Fate skin was released on May 10, 2010, and will soon turn 12 years old. Today, it is not necessary to explain to anyone that the skin is very old and is not up to the current League of Legends standards. This can be seen both in the splash art and in the effects in the game.
