A top laner usually focuses on pushing and gathering his strength to be the team’s frontline in team fights later in the game.
There are many memes to be found about top lane gameplay, and players often joke about this position. It is mainly said that the heroes who go to the top rarely leave it. One of the fans mockingly summed it up with a clip he posted on the web.

A user with the nickname Adriand3 shared an almost one-minute-long video that shows the fight between Camille and Swain. The players gave the impression of being fully committed to the fight and did not pay attention to what was happening on the other side of the map.
Players were so engrossed in the duel that Swain most likely missed that most of his team had been killed on the other side of the map and that the opposing team he fought with was heading towards the Nexus to destroy it. The clash between the two heroes from the top lane lasted over 40 seconds, and most of the time it looked like neither side would be victorious.
The ending of the game by Amumu and Jinx made it impossible to resolve the duel, and players commenting on the clip noted both the survivability of Camille and Swain. After the author of the post revealed the heroine’s build, Voller_Faulheit explained that Camille was played with Divine Sunderer and Omnivamp provided by Ravenous Hydra.
As for Swain, there have been many comments about his new ultimate. The clip perfectly shows his potential and even scared some people with how long the hero is able to remain under its influence.
