What kind of fixes can be expected with the upcoming 12.11 LoL update?
There is no need to tell any player that patch 12.10 has mixed up a lot in the League of Legends meta. The update provided each champion with extra HP, armor, and magic resist, and as a result, making them harder to be killed. It was obvious for both fans and developers that such an extensive patch would mean that a large number of items or characters would require additional fixes.
Several heroes have already received changes to hotfixes that were released just a day after the release of Update 12.10. Now it’s time for a lot more tweaks with the upcoming 12.11 patch. What will be changed in it?

- Passive charged attack slow REMOVED

- AD ratio increased 140% >>> 150%
- Slow decreased 30/40/50/60/70% >>> 30/35/40/45/50%
- If the ability hits a wall it will critically strike champions and monsters
- Spark Surge (E)
- Cooldown reduced 26/24.5/23/21.5/20 >>> 22/20.5/19/17.5/16 seconds
- Cooldown reduction per hit reduced 1 >>> .5 seconds (cooldown reduction on crit reduced 3 >>> 1.5)
