Pantheon changes have appeared on the League of Legends test servers. What has Riot improved?
What are the Pantheon fixes that appeared on the PBE?
Developers who are working on League of Legends often share their plans for changes ahead of time. However, a lot of patches appear on the test servers without informing the fans in advance. This was also the case with the Pantheon changes, which can now be tested on the PBE. What exactly did the creators change?
Pantheon changes
Pantheon is doing pretty well in both mid and top lane. The hero wins over 54% of games in the middle and 50% of games in the top. However, it is chosen mainly as a support, where it does not look so good anymore. As support, Pantheon only wins 48% of the games.
The creators decided to take a look at the problem that bothers the champion and introduced some fixes to the test servers that should help him a bit. What exactly has been changed?
- Base stats
- HP for 5 seconds lowered from 9 to 7.5
- Comet Spear (Q)
- Q tap range increased from 550 to 600
- Q tap width reduced from 150 to 120
- Aegis Assault (E)
- No longer slows Pantheon when the champion moves backward
- Grand Starfall (R)
- Now falls 0.25 seconds faster
At the moment, it’s hard to say how the buffs will affect the hero’s strength. The champion did not do badly on the lines he was going solo, but now support has become his main role, where he did not do well.
