The upcoming Lunar 2023 event could bring up to 3 high-profile skins to LoL.
It’s been some time since Riot Games showed off the new skins in the Lunar and Mythmaker series, which will be released in a few weeks to celebrate the Chinese New Year.
Initially, the two prestige editions were supposed to be among them. However, a mention of a third was discovered in the game’s files. A somewhat shocked community is wondering what the reason for this is.
Prestige Lunar Editions 2023
Two new series of Lunar and Mythmaker skins will be released to celebrate the Chinese New Year. They will be given to those characters:
- Irelia
- Zyra
- Garen
- Sivir
- Ashe
- Qiyana
- Thresh
- Malphite
- Galio
In addition, Prestige Editions will go to Porcelain Lissandra and Mythmaker Sivir.
According to the announcement, they will be released already in the updates 13.1 and 13.2, all because the event is divided into two parts. In addition, another Prestige Edition of the Lunar 2023 event may be among them.

The game files included information about a new frame, colors, and a new prestige skin, available soon.
Leakers and the community claim that this could be the next 3 prestigious skins in the event. However, it is worth knowing that this is just a theory, and Riot Games has not confirmed this information. Some are also puzzled by the fact that it was not shown in the previews like the other skins. Perhaps the developers are planning some kind of surprise for players. It is possible that it will appear on the official servers in patch 13.1 or 13.2.
