LoL patch 12.7 in LoL – Who gets nerfs and who gets buffs? We know the plans for the next update

It has been revealed which champions will be nerfed and which ones will be buffed in the upcoming patch.
The time has come to unveil the plans for the upcoming League of Legends update 12.7. As always, one of the Rioters has presented the most important information in the form of a list that shows all heroes and items that will see changes.
As announced, as many as 10 characters will receive buffs and 4 will be weakened. Additionally, the devs want to take a look at a few items – some of them require buffs, but some are currently too strong. What does the full schedule look like?
The buffs and nerfs for patch 12.7
Plans for the upcoming update were revealed by Rioter Tim Truexy. In the message in which he presented a list of planned changes, he wrote:
As we ramp up to MSI, this patch focuses on shaking up the meta’s dominant picks and adding some new ones that we haven’t seen.
The list of all buffs and debuffs (both for champions and items) is as follows:

- Karthus.
