League of Legends Miss Fortune’s major changes appeared on the PBE servers. What has been improved?

What exactly will change with Miss Fortune next patch?

Riot has been releasing a lot of patches recently. One of the major recent updates has been targeting the upcoming Worlds championship with its changes. Many champions receive tweaks, and sometimes they are more extensive, as is the case with Miss Fortune’s PBE edits hitting the PBE servers.

The creators increase the heroine’s damage on practically every ability and increase the strength of the granted attack speed or slowdown for specific builds. What exactly are the developers improving?

A few bigger changes coming to PBE this week for a couple champs. Starting with MF, aiming to buff her Crit builds and shift Lethality builds a bit more towards Q max over E spam

How will Miss Fortune change?

Double Up (Q)

  • Base damage increased 20/40/60/80/100 (+100% AD) (+35% AP) >>> 20/45/70/95/120 (+100% AD) (+35% AP)
  • Cast time reduced 0.25 seconds >>> matches basic attack time

Strut (W)

  • Mana cost reduced 45 >>> 35
  • Attack speed increased 40/55/70/85/100% >>> 50/65/80/95/110%

Make it Rain (E)

  • Cooldown increased 18/16/14/12/10 >>> 18/17/16/15/14 seconds
  • Total damage adjusted 80/115/150/185/220 (+80% AP) >>> 70/100/130/160/190 (+100% AP)
  • Slow adjusted 40/45/50/55/60% >>> 50% (+4% per 100 AP)

Bullet Time (R)

  • Bonus Critical Chance Damage increased 20% >>> 30% of each wave’s damage

Players who comment on the fixes don’t necessarily like the changes that favor the AP build. The creators, wanting to weaken the path that is based on lethality, strengthen the AP build and the critical hit.

The final impact on the heroine, who currently wins over 52% with her strongest build, will only become apparent after the 12.17 update, which will appear on September 8.
