99% of LoL players did not notice that the new Lux skin had two right hands

League of Legends

Riot put a lot of effort into the new skins. So much so that Lux ended up with two right hands.

Players laugh that people playing Lux usually have two left hands, so at least the skin itself will have two right hands for balance. The new skin – Porcelain Lux – has two right hands on some of the promotional materials.

Hardly anyone noticed it at all, and even if you know about it, it will take you a moment to check it and understand it. It is definitely an interesting form of training for the brain. However, it is worth taking into account that you will not unsee it anymore.

Lux’s two right hands

In theory, everything is correct on one of the promotional graphics for the new Lux skin. This is until someone shows this to you.

The hand in the foreground is the right hand. The foreground hand in the background should be the left hand, so keep the thumb pointing outwards, and vice versa. The brain has to digest it, on Reddit a lot of people stood in the position the character is to understand it. Ultimately, you can see Lux does indeed have two right hands here.

It’s not a splash art, so Riot likely won’t be improving it. It will remain a curiosity for people who realized it or to whom someone showed it and explained it. Most players, even looking at the graphics, would not be able to see it.
