New leaks about the next installment of GTA 6. Truly advanced water and more

The latest leaks about GTA 6 point to advanced water physics.

Although the release date is unknown, GTA 6 production by Rockstar Games is already one of the most anticipated games in the world. The studio has remained silent for the moment, so fans are forced to rely on leaks, and the one provided by Aleix Venturas fills them with a fair amount of optimism.

According to the insider’s message, Rockstar San Diego has a team of about 20 engineers working on water physics in the upcoming GTA installment, which will top anything found in gaming to date.

Water in GTA 6

In a post on his Twitter account, Venturas explained that calling the water in GTA 6 “ahead of its time” would be accurate and that a lot of the credit for this was due to GTA Online and the sizable funding it provided the studio.

Thanks to the huge revenue that GTA Online has generated for Take-Two Interactive since 2013, the businessmen at the company above Rockstar Games decided to invest in new technology and integrate it into GTA 6.

The insider shared a visual representation of what water would look like with “ultra” graphics and noted that the water environment will likely occupy an important place in the new game.

We can speculate that the water environment will occupy an important place in the GTA 6 universe and that many novelties will accompany this new technology, such as practicing a new sport not seen before in the GTA trilogy, such as surfing.

Venturas also added that the new technology will allow for all new types of sports, such as surfing and other water-related activities.

It’s hard to say whether this leak will turn out to be true and whether Rockstar can make swimming or surfing in Vice City an integral part of the upcoming game when it is finally released. It remains to wait for the official information that the developers will provide when the game is finally unveiled.
