Resident Evil 4 Remake: Release date, leaks and all there is to know
Resident Evil 4 is going to have a remake, which, according to some fans, is not even needed.
Resident Evil 4 is definitely one of the most popular survival-horror games in the world. The game became so popular that the developers decided to port it to almost every platform since its release. In fact, the title is so famous and good that some fans say it doesn’t need a remake at all, and developers should instead move on to other games.
The RE4 remake will certainly bring Capcom a considerable income, so the reason for re-releasing the refreshed version is obvious.
Will Capcom really release a Resident Evil 4 remake?
Capcom has not officially confirmed the remake of Resident Evil 4, but since the premiere of RE3 in 2020, information has appeared among the community according to which the title would actually be created. In the opinion of the trusted leaker “DuskGolem”, the refreshed version of RE4 has been constantly being worked on since 2018. The production is to be different from the original and set in a “semi-open world”.
Last year, the developers of the game suffered a hack in which some images of the village from the beginning of the game were leaked. They were later removed because they were obtained illegally, but it is still evidence of the game’s existence.
All indications are that the remake of Resident Evil 4 is indeed to come and it is very possible that it will become a thing soon.
