Players hoped to be able to play Diablo IV soon. Well, they’re not.

Players from all over the world are waiting for the premiere of the fourth installment of Diablo. It is due to appear 13 years after the third one and it is not surprising that fans are very excited about it.

Recently, a beta has appeared in the client, and this could mean that the premiere scheduled for 2023 is closer than many might have expected. It turns out, however, that it is not quite like that.Ttests were actually carried out, but not as expected by the players.

Diablo IV beta

Diablo is a cult Blizzard product for which the American game publisher is famous. The series’ roots go back to 1996, when the first game appeared and quickly gained popularity. After the last official part, the developers had a long break and players have been waiting for the new version since 2012.

It is already known that the fourth will come and if everything goes according to plan, it will premiere in 2023, but the exact date is not yet known. The illusion of hope for a faster launch appeared a few days ago, when a mention of the beta was found in the client’s files.

Registration for the beta started in June and it might seem that the first testers will soon be on the servers. Unfortunately, the truth is slightly different and this information was corrected by one of the employees on Twitter.

At the moment, it is not known when the official tests of the new Diablo will begin. The creators want to refine their work and publish it in the best version possible.
