You won’t have to wait long for the new Fortnite event. Summer event with free items

Season 3 has just started, and Fortnite players may already be thinking about a new event.

Fortnite players have just got a new season, and a new event is on the horizon, during which there will probably be a chance to receive free items. Let us remind you that it is a typical summer event, which will normally last about 2 weeks.

Based on previous years, this event should start later this month. Of course, the dates are flexible for Epic, but there is no doubt here that there will be some leaks on this topic with the next update.

When is the Fortnite summer event?

If the summer event is still on Epic’s calendar, it should be running sometime around June 21 or 28. In previous years, typical summer events started as follows:

• 24 Jun 2019,
• 30 Jun 2020,
• 22 Jun 2021.

Why is it worth waiting for? A few reasons. Among other things, it is a great opportunity to get additional, free items. During these events, special challenges are added for which you get cosmetics. This time it will probably be the same.
