Today, a free April Fool’s skin can actually be introduced to Fortnite

A year ago, Epic added a free skin to Fortnite on April 1.

This morning we reported that Fortnite has partnered with Minecraft. Of course, as the launch date and tags suggest – it was a joke. However, that doesn’t change the fact that Epic can still really introduce a free skin today.

Let us remind you that a year ago the “Stonks” skin was added. When would Epic do this if not in the morning? Such skins are not introduced immediately but in the afternoon.

When to expect something extra?

It is not known if it will be a free skin again this year or something completely different. It could be a pickaxe, an emote, or a backpack – Epic might as well have forgotten it altogether.

Last year, a free skin was announced, this time it will probably be similar if Epic releases something for free at all.

For now, you have to wait and hope that Epic Games is in a “funny” mood. Recently, developers have cut off the news and announcements quite significantly – mainly due to the theme of the current season.
