Fortnite chapter 3 finale officially announced. So are we already in for chapter 4 season 1?

Epic officially confirmed the upcoming live event.

It looks like the leaks about the next season being Chapter 4 are starting to be confirmed. Epic added an official teaser yesterday, which included the caption “The grand finale of Chapter 3.”

This is getting very interesting, as many people had actually hinted that there would be no season 5, and that season 1 of Chapter 4 would start right away. Until now, however, there has been a lack of any signs from Epic. That has just changed.

Chapter 4 in Fortnite?

The title of the live event is “Fracture.” The date is December 3, 2 pm ET. Nothing more is known, while the most interesting part is, of course, the caption suggesting that this will be the finale of not only Season 4 but also – and perhaps most importantly – Chapter 3.

This completely changes the character of the game and hints that Epic may actually want to introduce a new chapter, not just another season. Recall that, according to leaks, on December 3 a break will start, during which you will not be able to play in normal modes.
