The number 22 is very important in Fortnite, which can be seen in some skins.

Fortnite’s storyline is very extensive and complex. Everyone knows that one loop of the entire cycle on the island lasts exactly 22 minutes. Epic shared it themselves in their official comic books, stories or even subscription descriptions.

The number 22 is therefore present in many places of the game. Interestingly, there is one reference to it even on one of the skins. However, it is such a small East Egg that only true connoisseurs who look closely at skins could spot it.

One Reddit user with the nickname “MelonHarvester” drew players’ attention to exactly 22 scratches on The Visitor’s skin.

It’s a wink to everyone who knows the story, but as you can see even from this example, there’s still a ton of stuff to discover in Fortnite.

These scratches allowed The Visitor to determine how much time he spent in the loop – this is one of the plot elements.
