This is another such case on Youtube. One prankster thought he had a great idea, but others didn’t share his opinion.
Youtube exterminated most of the pranks on the platform in a very easy way. The algorithm simply stopped serving them, and a yellow dollar sign appeared on most of them. The inability to monetize content, combined with lower reach, had an immediate effect.
In most countries, the pranks disappeared. Well, almost, because they efficiently moved to TikTok. This form of entertainment, however, seems outdated and boring, ideal for television, but not necessarily for the Internet.
Youtuber shot
One of the YouTubers, who has amassed a dizzying 38,000 subscriptions on his account, decided to pull a prank. It’s hard to say what he actually intended to do, while it is known that a scuffle ensued between him and one of the shoppers at some store.
The result of this was that Tanner Cook was shot. The entire footage of the incident is not available, but there is an intervention by the services after the shots had already been fired. The YouTuber, even while in the hospital, said that this would definitely not destroy his passion.
This is not the first such case. Other YouTubers were shot at some time ago when they got the bright idea of pretending to be the Mafia.
In general, these types of stories are not surprising. Today, pranks are a thing of the past, but further down the line, many early influencers see the potential in them.
