Discord is introducing a new look on mobile devices. It is going to change a lot.
Discord is planning another revolution when it comes to the look of the messenger. Some will be pleased, others will understandably find reasons to complain. Perhaps the most striking change is the move of the server list to the very bottom.
Keep in mind, however, that this is only the testing phase and things can still change. Instead, this is one of the biggest changes in terms of appearance.
Discord’s new look on phones
We’re talking about the iOS version as much as the Android version. Of the visible changes are the servers, but also the icons. Among other things, text will be added – as if someone didn’t understand the current icons. A fair amount of emphasis has also been placed on animations. These are shown by a Reddit user with the nickname “NurMarvin.”
It is unclear when this will be introduced and if it will be introduced at all. Many people have spoken negatively about the idea of moving the server list to the bottom.
This seems to completely take up space that could be used differently or simply remain as it is now.
