This is a very interesting piece of information that went completely unnoticed. Mainly because it appeared at a Czech conference, which has a whole… 4 thousand views on Youtube.
That’s why it has surfaced only now, after a good 3 months after publication.
The subway is coming to Cyberpunk 2077
The whole thing was tracked down by Reddit users. The conference is in Czech, but speakers of the language confirm the accuracy of the translation. In fact, Metro is set to enter Cyberpunk 2077, unless CDPR has changed its mind and plans.
PC gamers can have metro through mods, but not everyone wants to play with it. So it will be a certain novelty.
It is not known when the patch and the metro will come into effect, CDPR is probably working on it all the time, although as you know, such a system is not some incredibly complicated thing as modders have shown.
