Cyberpunk 2077 is working on something every player has asked for. Finally, your characters will look decent
It looks like CDPR is giving the players a wink and will finish a system that is already partially in the files but has not been fully implemented.
Practically from the very premiere of Cyberpunk 2077, the community has been talking about clothing, which is combined with statistics. In theory, CDPR has taken several approaches to this, but still not what players would expect.
From unconfirmed leaks, it is known that there are references to the transmog system in Cyberpunk 2077’s code, but this has never been finalized and released.
Now, that is likely to change
Cyberpunk 2077’s official Twitter account is quite active, but usually nothing amazing is there. Now a response has been added which may indicate that CDPR will finally introduce a fully functioning transmog system, allowing players to separate appearance from character stats.
CDPR certainly wanted people to see this emoji because even the most recognizable employees responded to it. Of course, it’s too early to even think about a release date for this, but there’s a good chance this functionality is “closer than farther”.
