CDPR really turned this on? More and more Cyberpunk 2077 players confirm that it happens to them

There are a few things in Cyberpunk 2077 that theoretically should have been “turned on” for a long time, but are so far not in the game.

CDPR has developed many different solutions that were put on hold at some stage. It has always been said that such things include, for example, police pursuits. Therefore, everyone was surprised that recordings of chases began to appear on the web.

And it’s not about mod chases. Random people, completely unrelated to each other, show similar recordings. Everyone agrees that it happened to them once and the chase never started again.

CDPR turned on chases?

Oddly enough, update 1.5 was rolled out a lot of time ago, and it’s only now people are starting to talk about it. Chasing gangs is now normal, but chasing the player himself is something new.

Some say it was turned on in Update 1.5 and now CDPR is just quietly tweaking it. Others point out that this is some kind of error because it happens once and never again.

The chases are said to be implemented in the game and ready for their official introduction. Except that the AI isn’t good enough to be able to chase players well. And it is confirmed, everyone who was started to be chased by the police says the same – they got blocked a lot and it was easy to escape.

What’s next? In fact, the subject still remains a mystery. Chases are there, but at the same time they are not, they start randomly, without any pattern or rules.
