In Cyberpunk 2077 there are currently options hidden from players. However, their inclusion is possible, although it takes a bit of effort.
Update 1.6 brought a variety of new features. Interestingly, however, not all of them are publicly available. It is not clear why CDPR made such a decision because after manually turning them on, everything works normally.
Particularly strange is that in general, these settings are available, but not from the interface. Players who discovered this have long since installed a special add-on for themselves and are playing with an increased number of people in Night City.
Hidden options
The topic of hidden options usually boils down to something that is simply well hidden. In this case, it is different. CDPR has added two options, while they are literally hidden. They do not adversely affect the game’s performance, everything works just as stably as it did before their inclusion.
So what do they affect? CDPR has created an additional Night City population level, originally called “Astonishing Crowd Density.” To enable it, you need to download a special modification, which all it does is make the option visible.
And that’s it. The mod works, it has already been downloaded several thousand times and has not caused any problems.
To download it, just go to the nexusmods website and search for yourself even just the keyword “CDPR”. The search results will guide you further, install and play. Unfortunately, this only applies to PC gamers, the console gamers have to wait until CDPR itself enables such an option.
