What would the world map of The Sims 4 look like if all available cities from the game were combined?

Have you ever wondered what it would be like if all the worlds in The Sims 4 were interconnected into one?

One of the most important elements of The Sims 4 is the world that our Sims can inhabit. Although the basic game offers only 3 cities, with subsequent add-ons or packs, completely new ones are added, which draw you into a completely different atmosphere.

And that’s how we have some forested and typically rural settings like Henford-on-Bagley or Granite Falls, huge cities of several million people like San Myshuno or Del Sol Valley, and even sandy and warm countries by the sea like Tartosa and Sulani. It can be said that there is a big choice and there is something for everyone.

The Sims 4 world map – is it possible?

The developers of the game have never created a real world map that would show all the environments combined into one, so players over all these years can only guess what it could look like. It is known that according to the game’s so-called lore, or storyline, some of the environments are interconnected or have a combined history, some NPCs also come from several different sim cities, while originally it is not so clear what, where, and how.

The developers left this issue to the Simmers’ own interpretation, and, after all, the Simmers love to discuss, come up with various theories and talk about “what if.” That’s what one player with the nickname Wizzapolo did, who shared his theory about the world map on Reddit and decided to draw it.

As you can see, the map features all the worlds that have appeared so far in The Sims 4. And interestingly enough, the whole thing has been quite sensibly thought out.

I tried to place the worlds by looking at the direction in which the sun rises on them, but it didn’t make sense. So I tried to connect the paths, but that made even less sense, especially for the first worlds. So I decided to follow the rivers, the shape of the world, the background design, and the climate. It’s not perfect and I had to create a few things from nothing, but I think it’s not bad!

Placing all the available worlds from The Sims 4 takes a really long time and not every player is so eager to undertake it, it is laborious and requires a lot of thinking. However, it is quite fun for a person who is curious about the location of the game’s environments. And although the world map is not presented in a perfect way and a few corrections could be put to it, such an outline can help many Simmers in creating their own gameplay and story.
