Not only the community is complaining about the new package. The Sims designers are also disappointed with the attitude of the players.
A few days ago, the world learned that The Sims 4 is getting a brand new Werewolf gameplay pack. It was a much-anticipated addition by players mainly due to the fact that they appeared in previous parts of The Sims.
There are already wizards, we also have vampires, now it’s time for werewolves. The problem is that these, however, did not appeal to a large number of Simmers. It is true that comparing the design of the latest version of the werewolves to those from the previous parts of the game, it must be admitted that they are really impressive.
However, their design still does not satisfy TS4 players. They think that they are too nice-looking, they look like cute kittens and they are far from being real werewolves. Many people are even tempted to say that the whole new package was created by furries.
What does the designer of this package say about this?
NinaModaffari is one of the designers working for Maxis. She’s behind the whole new werewolf project, and now she’s decided to step out of the shadows and speak up. The artist apparently had enough of people saying EA should fire her, and her werewolf design looks like s***.
Nina decided to write a few words for this reason. You can see that some words hurt the designer because she bluntly said that she would like some people to think twice before saying something bad. She confirmed her words with screenshots from other sites where you can see a whole row of unfavorable opinions.
Nina does not hide her frustration. She straight wrote on her Twitter that the situation was very sad for her because she really did her best during her work.
Interestingly, the artist actually deleted all entries on this topic. However, that doesn’t mean that people shouldn’t think about their behavior. Perhaps many people will change their minds about them after purchasing a new gameplay pack and find that they unnecessarily judge a book by its cover. Everything will be clear after the premiere, which takes place next week – June 16, 2022.
