Developers finally started working on fixing the latest gameplay pack.
Wedding Stories is the latest game pack for The Sims 4, released last month. Since then, players have been complaining that the package is not worth the price, at least for the moment due to the amount of bugs that have to be dealt with in the game.
Bugged animations or broken functions are just the beginning of the problems that can be encountered in Wedding Stories. Less than a month after the premiere of the package, the creators finally began to repair it. The first fixes came with the latest game update.
What did the creators of TS4 fix first?
It must be admitted that developers are working at a snail’s pace to improve Wedding Stories. A month has passed since the package’s premiere, and developers are only now introducing corrections. After this time, many changes and improvements could be expected, but it turns out that the developers have only dealt with one problem.
On March 15, 2022, The Sims 4 was updated with the latest game update, which introduced a lot of news and a few fixes. One community member noted that the update also concerned Wedding Stories and one quite important bug.
Now the player can choose which arch our Sims’ wedding guests should sit at. As you know, two types of them have been created in the package: external and internal, so that our Sims can choose which one to get married by. The main problem with these, however, was that when we asked the guests to take their places before the ceremony, they didn’t know which arch to sit in front of. The new update just fixes this and players can now choose the seats next to the appropriate arch.
Admittedly, this was one of the main issues faced by the latest gameplay pack, as inadequately seated guests could spoil the entire ceremony if half sat down at one arch and the other half at another – something like this could frustrate players who not only have to deal with poorly placed visitors, then they have to deal with the other bugs of the game.
It is not known when the creators of The Sims 4 will introduce further improvements to Wedding Stories, but looking at the current state of the pack, they must definitely hurry due to the fact that for many people the game with this DLC is currently unplayable.
