The July Community Day preview in Pokemon GO. What Pokemon will appear?

Today it is already known who will be associated with the July Community Day. What bonuses will be active during June Community Day?

Starly Community Day in Pokemon GO

This time the main character of the Community Day will be a normal and flying creature from the Sinnoh region. It’s about Starly. Community Day will start on July 17 (Sunday) at 11:00 am and will last until 2:00 pm.

On this occasion, the following attractions are planned:

  • Starly will spawn more often in the wild. Anyone who is lucky will find the shiny version.
  • Staravia (Starly’s evolution) evolved during the event or up to 2 hours after it will give a Staraptor who knows the Gust attack.
  • Special Research – “Field Notes: Starly” will be available for ticket holders.
  • After taking the photo, there will be some surprises.
  • Themed stickers will appear in the game.

Various bonuses will be active on Community Day:

  • Triple XP for catching a Pokemon.
  • Double chance to receive Starly Candy XL for catching Starly.
  • Double the amount of candies for catching a Pokemon.
  • Lure Modules activated during the event will run for three hours.
  • Incense activated during the event will run for three hours.
  • After taking the photo, there will be some surprises.
  • You will be able to make additional special trade during the event and up to five hours after it, which is a maximum of three trades per day.
  • Trades made during the event and up to five hours after it will cost 50% less Stardust.

Post-event bonus raids

From 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday 17 July 2022:

After the three-hour Community Day event ends, Trainers will be able to challenge unique four-star Raid Battles. Claiming victory in one of these raids will cause more Starly to appear around the Gym that hosted the raid for 30 minutes!

4-star raids

Staravia will be appearing in four-star raids!

These Raids can only be accessed with Raid Passes and Premium Battle Passes. Remote Raid Passes cannot be used.

Bonuses for completing 4-star raids

Once you defeat Staravia in a four-star Raid Battle, Starly will begin to appear in a 300-meter radius around the Gym that hosted the raid for 30 minutes. If you’re lucky, you may encounter a Shiny one!
