The devs from Lost Ark are misleading players?

Lost Ark may seem to be a polished game and rather free from major bugs. However, it turns out that some gameplay elements mislead players into spending money on something that doesn’t work.

At least that’s what one of the aggrieved parties claims, who publicly accused the creators of cheating him and not giving back the lost money. Which item in the store should you watch out for?

The developers deceived the player?

A new post appeared on Reddit in the section dedicated to Lost Ark, which quickly became very popular. The player accused the creators of being misleading. To make matters worse, the support decided not to give him back the money. It was a ticket that allows you to add another champion, but the limit shown in the store does not match with what is currently in the game.

As you can read, seasalters currently has 12 characters on his account and wanted to add 13. For this, he bought a ticket that should allow this… but it did not work. It turned out that this option is currently locked on 12 champions and at the moment it is the final limit. In the store, however, it shows that it is 18.

In this case, the player contacted the support department and received an unsatisfactory answer. It has been revealed that the limit is actually 12 heroes, and this will only be increased in the second season of Lost Ark, which is not so soon. So he asked the company for a refund, but it turned out that they couldn’t do it either. The full interview with Alonso Jossue has been made public:

The community proposes to the author of the post to share the situation on Twitter and tag the developers. Maybe this way he will be able to get back the lost cash.
