The LoL player thought he had lags, but they weren’t the ones that nearly led to his death

One League of Legends player experienced an unpleasant situation in a top lane fight.

Virtually every LoL fan has experienced a situation in which problems with the Internet or servers have somehow thwarted his plans. Lags are the bane of most players because nothing annoys you like losing because of high ping or lags in the game.

One of the fans who was playing on top and almost killed an enemy moments before experienced a strange action. He was convinced that his internet was malfunctioning, but the reason for the stutter was quite different. It’s hard to believe that he was almost defeated by his opponent by something like this. What exactly happened?

The unlucky situation on top

A player with the nickname oubris posted a video of the action on top lane. Garen is seen attacking the enemy Diana. The fight is fierce, but at some point, you notice that the heroine is doing much worse, so she decides to run away with a Flash. Garen has nothing else to do but to return to the middle of top and finish off the minions standing there.

Unfortunately, at some point, the champion model starts to lag and behave as if the player had a lot of problems with the internet or the LoL servers had some trouble. The author of the video admitted that he was convinced that he was lagging.

Enemy Diana noticed that Garen was acting weird, so she decided to interrupt Recall and try to fight again. The lagged hero had to escape with Flash.

It’s hard to imagine the player’s irritation when he realized that the reason for the strange beheading was… minions.

Admittedly, the situation was really unlucky. There is no player who would not get upset if he gave a kill to his opponent by being blocked by minions.

The commentators admitted that watching such situations irritates them. Some have even stated that problems with minions are more frequent and the fact that you can lose a fight for such a trivial reason fills them with negative emotions.

Fortunately, Garen pictured above hasn’t lost his life, but you can imagine the confusion of a player who didn’t know if his internet was causing the stutter or something else.
