One player noticed changes to an older skin from League of Legends.
Tahm Kench is a hero who arrived on Summoner’s Rift on July 9, 2015. In recent years, he has received 4 skins – Emperor Monet, Chef, URF, and Arcana. Each of them presents the champion in a slightly different word. It’s hard to judge which one is the best, but many fans like the first of his skins, Master Chef, which in a funny way alludes to Kench’s voracious nature and his taste for all dishes.
Some time ago, Tahm got a mini-rework, which i.a. changed his ultimate. Now this ult allows you to eat an enemy or ally. The hero’s “W” has been changed to Abyssal Dive – the champion dives and appears in a location chosen by the player, dealing damage and knocking up all enemies in that area.
It turned out that character changes affected one of his skins. For a long time, hardly anyone paid attention to it.
The change of Master Chef Tahm Kench
One player noticed there was something wrong with the Tahm Kench Chef’s skin. He remembered that the hero, after collecting 3 charges on the opponent, changed his animations – he was running with a knife and a fork in his hands. It was an interesting variation that was very suitable for the skin.
The player wrote:
Master Chef Tahm Kench animation removed. The animation when TK gets 3 stacks and runs towards an enemy is removed on this skin. I asked the tahm kench mains subreddit and it was confirmed that this was removed.
The author of the post noted that he had unlocked this skin before the hero was remade and remembered his first preview. He was greatly surprised by the removal of the animation.
I asked my friend why it was taken out and although I’m not sure how accurate his statement is, he said something about being able to see tahm in a bush during this animation- and if this is true does riot really need to remove this entire animation instead of just, i dont know, fixing it? I’ve always thought this animation kinda brought the character to life, and thought it was a cute addition, so it was kinda a bummer to see it removed. Is there any way this could be added back, or is there no chance of riot adding this back in?

Many people have not noticed at all that the skin has changed, although there are some who have been very hurt by this change. It must be admitted that such small variations are really interesting and make the skins unique in their own way.
Some fans don’t understand why Riot prefers to remove buggy elements rather than just fix them. Unfortunately, it is not known why it was really decided to change the skin.
