Porcelain series from League of Legend will return. What does Riot say about it?

The developers of LoL have announced that one of the rather fresh series will return to the game. It is about porcelain skins.

The new universe of porcelain skins appeared in January 2022, and was released on the occasion of the Chinese New Year – each of the skins referred to a different animal, which was associated with the Chinese horoscope.

The cosmetic additions went to Ezreal (legendary), Amum, Kindred, Lux (along with the prestige edition), and Lissandra, who, after time, lived to see a prestige skin from this universe.

Despite the fact that the skins were released without major announcements, according to Riot, they turned out to be quite a success and were warmly received by the game community. This made the creators think about continuing the series and, consequently, releasing more skins.

Today it is already known that the theme will return, as it was confirmed by one of the company’s employees. What exactly did he say?

In one of the recordings released by Riot, Jeremy “Brightmoon” Lee, a well-known and well-liked employee of the company, spoke out. The Rioter addressed the topic of the Porcelain universe of skins, which first appeared in early 2022.

According to Brightmoon, it was surprising how well the theme was received. The developers want to continue the series and give players even more.

Another thing I’d like to discuss is the success of the Porcelain skins released to celebrate Chinese New Year. We noticed how much love the new skins received, and we are excited to revisit this universe, bringing you more skins from it.

As you can see, the series will definitely return, but no specifics were given. Perhaps more skins will be released in early 2024. It is also unclear which heroes are expected to receive cosmetic additions from this universe.
