What changes can be expected in the latest League of Legends patch for 2022?
A pre-season update came to League of Legends relatively recently, in which this time the developers looked at jungle and decided to refresh it, making the role more accessible to players who have not played it before.
The end of the year is approaching, and thus the holiday season, in which Riot has a short break. The last full patch scheduled for this year – 12.23 – has already hit the game, and the next full update will not be released until next year.
However, the developers could not leave the game unattended for so long, so they planned that the necessary fixes would be released in patch 12.23b. Which heroes and systems will be affected, and what does Riot Phroxzon have to say about the update?
Patch 12.23b changes (coming out on Wednesday 14th).
We’re opting to go more nerf heavy this patch to address some of the balance outliers. More on specifics tomorrow. Some champs are getting Riot special, but those that are, we think have viable alternatives that are balanced

Riot addresses the most outlier heroes in the patch, modifying, among others, Udyr, who has recently become really popular thanks to the build with Prowler’s Claw, and Rammus, who has the highest win rate in all of League of Legends thanks to new items.
