5 characters in LoL who have not received a new skin for over 2 years

League of Legends

LoL champions who haven’t received a new skin in 2 years.

Currently, there are 158 characters in League of Legends. Developers released 127 cosmetic accessories in 2021, and 144 in the 2020 season. Therefore, it can be assumed that during these two years each hero received at least one new skin.

However, this is not the case and five characters have been somewhat forgotten by the developers. One of them has been waiting for over 1000 days.

Trundle – 749 days

While the troll’s popularity has increased slightly this season, and he is seen in matches more often than before, the same cannot be said for his skins. The last content he received was a Dragonslayer skin. It went to official servers on January 30, 2020.

Ryze – 757 days

Rune Mage should be known by every LoL player. This character is frequently changed and reworked by Riot Games. He is also known to be the favorite hero of the legendary Korean gamer and three-time World Champion – T1 Faker. In addition, he has a really large amount of cosmetic additives. The last of them was the Guardian of the Sands, released on January 22, 2020.

Zilean – 793 days

The Chronokeeper is the hero who has been waiting the longest for new skins, and the developers have a tendency to forget about him. The last one, Sugar Rush, was released on December 17, 2019, and the previous one on May 10, 2015. This means that in 7 years his maines got only two reasons to spend their money. There is hope, however, that in 2022 he is picked on the professional stage and perhaps Riot Games will notice him.

Udyr – 917 days

Designing skins for Udyr is not the easiest. Although he has no throwing skills, his appearance changes four times. This means that the character model has to be done four times, which the developers do not quite like.

The last skin that was released for it was Dragon Oracle. It appeared on the official servers on August 15, 2019. Moreover, he will not receive any new skin in the near future. Riot is currently working on a full Udyr rework, which means that all current skins will also be overhauled.

Fiddlesticks – 1197 days

The leader of the “1000 days” club has not received a new skin since November 8, 2018. That’s when Praetorian Fiddlesticks came out, designed in post-apocalyptic themes. The full rework on April 1, 2020, probably also contributed to such a long break.

Unfortunately, in the 2022 season, he is not very popular and you can rarely find him not only on Summoner’s Rift but also on the professional stage, where since the beginning of the year… he has not been selected even once. So he may wait another year for new content.
