People who got access from Blizzard can now install Overwatch 2. Everyone else has to wait, because Battle.net is having problems running.
The first people can install the Overwatch 2 beta. To do this, go to Battle.net and select “Overwatch 2 Tech Beta” from the list of versions. The problem is that Battle.net is currently having trouble running. People report that they can’t log in, or that they don’t see the technical beta in the game’s version list at all, although in theory they already have access.
I haven’t received an invitation to the Overwatch 2 beta – now what?
Accesses are to be sent automatically from 2 PM ET. However, this does not mean that you should have already received an email. The system will send invitations for several dozen more hours. All because of technical limitations. By the way, the beta is around 11GB.
It is worth mentioning that access via drops will not be available until tomorrow. From 1 PM ET to 9 PM ET on April 27. It’s best to watch the official Overwatch channel – then there will be no doubts. People who watch streams for at least 4 hours have a 100% chance of access.
