Why did NPCs from the latest expansion – High School Years – take over Instagram of the official Sims 4 profile?

Sims from the latest expansion pack for TS4 have taken over the social media of the game’s developers. What’s going on?

The creators more and more often share with players all the novelties from the High School Years, the upcoming expansion pack to the game. As you know, leakers are also not idle and come to us with new leaks every day. And it must be admitted, there are really a lot of them.

Recently, it was noticeable that high school students from Copperdale “took over” the official Instagram of The Sims 4 creators and now they take care of it on a daily basis. But what exactly are they about?

High school from the Copperdale students’ point of view

A few days ago, the official profile of The Sims on Twitter and Facebook shared quite interesting information about its official Instagram. Namely, the point is that it is to be taken over by all the new NPCs from High School, which are exactly the Copperdale teenagers we’ve met before – Molly, Sidney, Ash, and Kevin.

And although the creators have already informed about it, this refreshing of Instagram is still a pleasant surprise for many people.

But what exactly is that about? Why did the developers suddenly find that high school students are a good way to promote a new expansion?

The answer is simple – they know everything about their own school and their teenage years. What is their life like, what they learn about, and how they spend their lunch breaks.

Molly, the school principal’s daughter, was the first to go. Her task was to show viewers around the school and tell about her everyday life at school.

The next shot was Sidney, a popular sports club member, who decided to say a few words about the school activities at Copperdale High School.
