Riot, according to players, refreshes LoL heroes too rarely. “One ASU per year is not enough”.

The League of Legends community is complaining that the developers are releasing too few ASU-type updates.
There are currently more than 160th heroes in LoL, and some of them premiered more than 12 years ago. Not surprisingly, the older models are not of the same quality as those created within the last year.
There are still a lot of skins in the game with really old splash art, which do not fit with the current graphic style of the title. According to fans, such a situation should not happen and Riot should make sure that updates to old champions appear much more often.
Do LoL heroes need a refresh?
One Reddit user brought up the topic of visual updates to League of Legends heroes. In his opinion, the frequency of Riot’s release of ASUs is simply ridiculous, because, with such a large number of heroes, refreshes should appear much more often. The player said that quite a few characters deviate in quality from the rest, resulting in a lot of graphical inconsistencies.
I mean sorry to be rude but I mean c’mon you guys… you cannot tell me that the billionaire company riot games or Tencent whatever cannot hire more people to work on at least 2 ASUS PER year.
Sorry but I can name at least a few champions are that in desperate need of an update and that it’s simply ridiculous to have in the game due to the fact that they look simply bad (Janna, corki, Zilean) or that they have have even appeared in other riot games or cinematics with a different look (misfortune, Leblanc, Sona) is it really going to take 10 years to have 10 more asus?

Players regret that it is taking so long to introduce ASU in League of Legends. Admittedly, Riot has explained that it is not an easy process, especially when it involves characters with a large number of skins. Nevertheless, many fans of the title feel deceived and believe that if the company wanted to change something, it could have done so.
