All League of Legends characters converted to Rammus. Which version does it look best in?

League of Legends

Rammus’s reworked graphics are gaining more and more popularity in the LoL community.

League of Legends fans are an interesting group of people who have all sorts of ideas. Among the players of the Riot Games title, you can find a lot of talented artists, designers, cosplayers, and more. A great example of this is the numerous fan skin concepts, which often are really refined and thoughtful.

However, fans do not always use their creativity for serious projects, such as creating a new character or skin concept. It happens that someone wants to do something for a joke, and as you know – sometimes inconspicuous jokes quickly gain great popularity.

Weird versions of Rammus splash art have started to appear on the internet lately. Every day there were more and more of them, and today the collection consists of over 100 modifications. What exactly do they represent?

The Rammus universe in League of Legends

Rammus is a very old hero from LoL (he appeared on Summoner’s Rift on July 10, 2009) who is known among fans mainly for his limited statements. Almost every title player knows his iconic “OK” very well. There is nothing strange about it – the champion doesn’t even have 10 different statements, and the vast majority of them are short purrs.

But what’s the deal with the hero’s splash art remakes? Fans decided that they would modify the character portrait to resemble other LoL champions. Perhaps it sounds absurd because Rammus is not human, and people tend to dominate the champion pool of the game, but the effect might be quite a surprise.

Some of the graphics really creatively modified Rammus. So much so, that he became a completely different character.

The design evolved very quickly and from simple modifications, such as adding another hero’s weapons, players moved to creating full graphics referring to the character’s portraits, but also their skins.

Remakes have gained immense popularity and recently a lot has been said about them on Reddit, Twitter, and Facebook. It has been known for a long time that the community likes this type of frivolous projects – in the past, many champions have been reworked with the face of Draven or old Poppy from the Lollipoppy skin.
