What to expect from Fortnite update 20.40? New skins, restored items and more

A new update will be released tomorrow in Fortnite, marked as 12.40.

If Epic maintains its standard schedule, a new update should be released tomorrow at 2:00 a.m. in Fortnite, marked 12.40. This will be one of the big updates that will bring some news.

There is a lot of information in the leaks, but most of them relate strictly to the next season. What can really be expected was written by, among others, Shiina.

What to expect from 12.40?

Update 12.40 will probably mainly focus on cosmetic items.

  • Cooperation, under which Obi-Wan Kenobi will appear in Fortnite
  • Youtuber Ali-A’s skins and items in general (Icon series)
  • Adding a new Fortnite Crew pack
  • New FNCS skin
  • New starter pack
  • Several additional item packs
  • And the most interesting, i.e. event files, development of the plot and, of course, information about the new doomsday device
  • On top of that, Epic may want to bring back the Shadow Bombs – this came in recent leaks

Tomorrow, a few things will also leave Fortnite, such as lightsabers. The update is sure to be interesting.
