This is supposed to be the “tank” that players will drive in Fortnite. The new comic seems to confirm this

Leakers have been talking for a long time that Fortnite will have a driveable tank.

It looks like the tank thing is starting to get clearer. Let us remind you that some time ago even HYPEX confirmed that Epic was up to something with the tank. Then it turned out that drills could actually be these tanks everyone is talking about.

These are already prepared for their launch and smooth conversion into a tank. This was reported by another leaker who showed a full animation of the drills. If you combine all these leaks into one, the tanks are likely to be the drills with modifications.

Drills will probably be drivable

In the files, the drills are ready to be introduced. Another brick that may indicate that the players themselves will be at the helm of the drill, may be one of the pages of the new Fortnite x Marvel comic.

There are at least a few options:

  • Drills will be converted into tanks with modifications coming in Season 2.
  • Drills will take part in the event for the start of the season.
  • Drills will simply remain the same, but with the ability to drive them and destroy structures.
  • Epic has no plans with them.

Everything here is unfortunately based on leaks and theories. Everything seems to make sense, but it might as well be a trick on the part of the developers and the tanks will be something completely different.
