Players couldn’t, so Epic liquidated Klombo for good. The community said goodbye to these creatures

Klombo was supposed to return to Fortnite, and it did. Only they won’t move anymore.

Klombo were creatures introduced to Fortnite a few months ago. Everyone liked them very much and players hoped Epic would return to the concept this season. Especially since the files contain new animations and references to Klombo.

Ultimately, it turned out that Epic chose not to restore these creatures. Instead, they were put to death. On the island, you can find a skull that leaves no illusions.

Players said goodbye to Klombo

Klombo got a goodbye in the form of videos, and posts. You can see from Reddit how many people really wanted them back.

It is not known whether Epic will want to return to this concept, but it is never easy with the Fortnite developers. When something seems certain, Epic does the complete opposite. Sadly, we shouldn’t expect them to come back, at least not in normal form.

There is a chance that Epic will return to it, for example, on Halloween – Klombo, or rather the skeleton itself will come to life, but so far these are only theories, or, rather, players’ wishes.
