Only OG Fortnite players will recognize this theme. Epic returned to the story from Chapter 1

Epic continues to use the old themes. The storyline that ended in chapter 1 has been restored to the game.

Many people notice that Epic sometimes seems to wink at “OG” players who remember not only the second chapter but also the origins of Fortnite. Some time ago, in the 1st chapter, specifically in the 7th season, a family of stones was introduced to the game.

This theme was in Chapter 1, then it got quiet about it, although in theory it was mentioned somewhere in Chapter 2. It’s definitely nice to see Epic wink at those older players who remember Fortnite from a few years ago.

The Rock Family returns

The Rock Family has evidently returned to the island. You could have some doubts, but looking under the map you can see that it is the same family.

Of course, the easter egg does not affect the plot or gameplay in any way. It is only a small curiosity directed at older players who remember it.

The story will slowly develop. With each update, the rock family will likely move around.
