In Fortnite, you will be able to get free items again as part of the “Best Friendzy” event

All indications are that Epic will again organize a mini-event that will consist of playing with friends.

Maybe some players remember that in 2021 the “Best Friendzy” event took place. Thanks to this, it was possible to unlock additional, free cosmetic items. In the last year’s version, the following were available to be received:

  • Pickaxe
  • Wrap
  • Music
  • Emojis

Epic plans to come back to that

Leakers announce that Epic is going to host this event again. The files already contain emojis that will be available during the event.

What was it about? You just had to play with your friends and earn points.

  • emote = 3 points
  • music = 10 points
  • wrap = 20 points
  • pickaxe = 50 points

Epic probably won’t change the rules, so this is how it looks:

  • every 10 minutes of playing Battle Royale together = 1 point,
  • every 10 minutes of playing together in creative mode = 1 point (maximum 6 per day).
  • Bonus: during your chosen 60-minute daily bonus window, you will receive 3x more points (i.e. 3 points for every 10 minutes of playing with friends).

The dates remain a mystery, but you can guess that the whole thing will start somewhere around August (just like a year ago).
