It’s no longer called a content update, but still, a week after a normal update, Epic is bringing back some items or changing the gameplay in some way.
It had been rumored for quite some time that Epic might bring back planes this week. However, it was so uncertain that we didn’t even mention it. Along with planes, there was a chance for other items as well.
Meanwhile, Epic has decided that it will not introduce planes or a new mythic item. So what has changed?
Today’s changes in Fortnite
A total of one item was restored, at least it looks like it:
HYPEX, the most popular leaker mentions that the aircraft challenges have simply been removed. Whether this means postponing their restoration or giving up on the idea, at least for a while, remains to be seen.
As of today, these are probably all the changes Epic has decided on. Could we have expected more? Yes and no. After all, this is not an update, but only a “fix”. A few years ago there were also updates restoring one thing at a time.
