There’s a lot of talk that Fortnite isn’t as much fun for people anymore, or that it just got boring at some point.
While some people are complaining about Fortnite due to the lack of major updates, Epic yesterday left out some items:
Others continue to believe that Fortnite is holding up very well, looking at other productions as well. The fact is those whining players will always be louder than praise.
Are people complaining too much?
One Reddit user raised the issue of grumbling players about Fortnite at a time when Epic is updating the game quite frequently, and the community itself has received some interesting things recently:
- New Mythic,
- Interesting map changes,
- Free rewards.
As we read, on top of that, the Halloween event is brand new, and “ghoststory225” doesn’t see a reason here why the community dislikes it so much.
There is always something to praise Epic for, or vice versa. Immediately there were voices saying, for example, that the free Halloween skin will be unlocked after the event, even on Christmas.
There are many different opinions on the game, even in Exrode’s editorial team – some have completely stopped playing, others have not had so much fun for a long time. It seems that everyone has to approach Fortnite individually – it is clear that YouTubers, streamers, or content creators will at some point feel oversaturation and a certain emptiness.
This is because it is no longer possible to create collections of news every day, to make interesting videos based only on the news coming out. Fortnite, but also the Internet is changing – YouTubers rely on Shorts or completely change the subject matter.
This does not mean that Fortnite is dying or will die in the coming time. Epic has clearly changed its tactics on the development of the game and there is nothing surprising about it.
