S1mple: “I cry thinking about family and friends.” The CSGO scene comments on the ban on people leaving

The ongoing war in Ukraine has been the main topic in the CS: GO community since yesterday. Many very young people have to face something that is very difficult to imagine.
The professional scene of certain communities are definitely not the most important thing at this point. On the other hand, this information from professional players clearly shows the young generation what the situation looks like.
S1mple writes outright that he cries at the thought of his family and friends who stayed in Kiev. He comments that he is “lucky” not to be home at the moment, but wants to be there very much.
The player’s entries have tens of thousands of likes, he is the voice of the young generation that is in a very difficult situation. For many, only such entries of their idols make them aware of what is happening abroad.
People aged 18-60 cannot leave the country
These are not jokes by any means. The war rages on, and as a result, people aged 18 to 60 are banned from leaving Ukraine. And while the chances of civilians fighting are rather slim, it is still a terrifying vision.
The very fact of the ban is very much commented on by the CS: GO community, which realizes that if Navi had not left for IEM Katowice in Poland, S1mple and his team would have been fighting for Ukraine at this point.
And the players want to come back, they want to fight. Navi itself also publishes entries on its Twitter profile, highlighting how hopeless the situation is.
Esport is not the most important thing at the moment, but it is an essential part of the lives of many people, which, as you can see, was of great importance for the Navi team.
